Maintenance
 There is no maintenance department in the MDHS organization
 Maintenance of the facilities are given to the sub-contractor
 e.g tender
 There is no keeper at the facilities
 All the facilities that rented by a company, the maintenance inspection are under their own responsibilities
 there is inspection office that responsible on collection of waste

POOR MAINTENANCE
- no on regular basis of supervision
- facilities not well maintained
- caused major damage
- abandoned
- no specific budget compare to facility which had been manage by private company
Suggestions :
- Sub to private company
- Provide a caretaker at every facilities
- Organize numerous sports activities among citizen
- Expand the using of the facilities

Daily golf course maintenance planning
- check inventory of stock items sufficient for daily operation
- properly check & fill in the course maintenance form
- report to the Manager
- prepare the golf course for play daily
- supervise course set-up preparation, chemical application, fertilizing, irrigation and mowing
- ensure the machineries are properly use, kept, and maintained
- report any mechanical problem to the technician
