o The Management of Majlis Daerah Kuala Selangor is Poor
- Do not concern about maintenances of facilities.
- Do not think about the future of facilities to renovate or repair it.
- Not manage the subordinates to arrange all facilities well.
o Stadium Kuala Selangor in bad condition.
- Abandoned and not fully use.
- Toilets and changing room are very bad condition and dirty.
- Track, long jump area damage and in bad conditions.
- Fences that surrounding all stadium also aging.
- Main entrance and ticketing counter are oldest.
- The stadium is not clean up, full with rubbish.

- Not located in suitable area
- Fences that surround is in bad condition and aging
- Don’t have reception counter and make it easy to use for all villagers
- Surface is damage and not repair that can cause injury to users
IDEAS TO SOLVE PROBLEM
o The management must well organize
- Have subordinates to arrange all the facilities property
- Should more concern on maintenance of all the facilities
o Should spend more budget on maintenance
- Budget to take more cleaner to clean up the facilities
- Budget on repair and renovate facilities
o Check department of maintenance
- If hired contractor, more procedure must be follow to lead them
- When have own department, make it easy to conduct and lead them to work
